California law requires ASCs to provide independent peer review of physicians on their medical staff every two years. This session will review these requirements, as well as the related credentialing process. Panelists will discuss appropriate actions ASCs should take when concerns arise about physician quality of care and conduct and responses to peer review actions by other credentialing entities.
