Nossaman Partner Robert D. Thornton will moderate a panel discussion at the Building Industry Legal Defense Foundation's (BILD) upcoming 12th Annual Building Industry Law and Policy Conference. Mr. Thornton will moderate and present the morning panel - Legal Processes Concerning Water Supply Deliveries, Ranging from Developers' Local Connection Fees to Water Deliveries from Distant Sources.
During the panel discussion, Jeffrey Kightlinger, General Manager of the Metropolitan Water District, will discuss the status of the Bay Delta Conservation Plan and implementation of the 2009 Water Reform Act.
