Nossaman Partner Fred Fudacz will serve as Program Co-Chair for this conference, sponsored by CLE International.  Nossaman partners Rob Thornton, Mary Lynn Coffee and Patrick Harder will also speak at the conference.  Rob Thornton will present "Local Impacts of the Endangered Species Act: Santa Ana Sucker and Southwestern Willow Flycatcher" at 3:30 p.m. on May 3.  Mary Lynn Coffee will present " Stormwater: Permitting and Other Issues" at 10:30 a.m. on May 4.  Also on May 4 at 11:30 a.m., Patrick Harder will present "Decommissioning a Dam: Case Study."
