David Graeler, Nossaman's Litigation Practice Chair, Quoted In Daily Journal

Nossaman Partner and Chair of the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group, David Graeler, was quoted in the Daily Journal’s profile of Judge Thomas D. Long, who was formerly a long-time member of  Nossaman’s litigation team.  In the piece, Mr. Graeler reflected on his time working with Mr. Long—the two, along with Nossaman Litigation Partner Patrick Richard, won a precedent setting $169 million verdict for the FDIC in the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as Receiver for IndyMac Bank, F.S.B. v. Van Dellen et al. matter. In the article, Mr. Graeler said that one of Judge Long’s key traits from his days as an advocate makes him a good fit on the bench.  He was really great at not only analyzing his client’s case, but also anticipating the arguments of the other side, Mr. Graeler stated.
