The Staying Power of the Status Quo - The Challenge to Eliminating Bias in the Legal Profession

This program addressed bias in the legal profession and the challenges to eliminating it.  The presentation provided an overview of bias, diversity, and unlawful discrimination based on categories as gender, race, national origin, religion, age, and disability.  Examples and strategies for eliminating bias and best practices for promoting diversity also were provided.
