Worth noting: Naftex to pay $3M for Tri-Valley's Edison field assets

Nossaman was mentioned in the Bakersfield Californian article "Worth noting: Naftex to pay $3M for Tri-Valley's Edison field assets," on October 19.  A U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge has approved the sale of certain Kern County assets of bankrupt Tri-Valley Corp.  Nossaman's client, Naftex Development LLC, successfully bid $3.01 million to buy equipment and oil leases covering more than 300 acres in the Edison Oil Field.  The article notes that "Naftex, represented in the transaction by the law firm of Nossaman LLP, now has until Oct. 31 to close the sale."
