Nevada Issues RFQ for Project Neon P3

Nossaman Partner Barney Allison was quoted in the InfraAmericas article "Nevada issues RFQ for Project Neon P3."  The articled reported that the Nevada Department for Transportation ("NDOT") has issued an RFQ for the first phase of Project Neon, a P3 project involving improvements to the I-15 from the Sahara Avenue Interchange to the US 95/I-515 Interchange in Las Vegas. 

NDOT held a two-day industry workshop for the project in July which was attended by over 200 prospective participants.  Mr. Allison was quoted as saying that attendees told NDOT that the project was an "attractive opportunity given the availability payment structure, the strong credit rating of the state and NDOT, the size of the project and its ‘project ready' status."

Nossaman was listed as legal advisor for NDOT.
