Nossaman Partner Clothilde Hewlett is one of 40 "champion networkers" named to The Recorder's list of "2012 Women Leaders in Law." The awards went to "women who have shown creativity and effort in building relationships that create opportunities for their firms or organizations and for others."
Ms. Hewlett was featured in a special section of The Recorder which highlighted her philanthropic work with the USC Annenberg Center on Communication Leadership and Policy, the Bar Association of San Francisco, and other organizations. The Recorder also highlighted Ms. Hewlett's process for networking and making connections. When asked what her driving force is, Cloey replied, "I am on a mission to mentor the next generation and to relieve the suffering of young people in underserved communities. Everything I do, especially with the Bar Association of San Francisco, is to provide mentoring, to increase the diversity pipeline and provide greater opportunity for underserved communities…I have developed significant business relationships, became a leader in my community and fulfilled my soul through my pro bono and philanthropic efforts in programs like BASF, the 49ers Foundation, Cal Alumni and CCLP."
