Audrey Huang counsels clients on environmental and land use litigation and compliance issues. She is experienced in handling matters involving endangered species, federal and state environmental permitting, coastal development, air and water quality, and climate change issues.
Ms. Huang also advises clients on the National Environmental Policy Act and the California Environmental Quality Act, and has been involved in the review and defense of environmental documents, as well as drafting and negotiating agreements with local agencies.
Ms. Huang regularly comments on news, events, and policies affecting endangered species issues in California and throughout the United States on the Firm's Endangered Species Law & Policy blog.

Foothill-Eastern Transportation Corridor Agency. Provide NEPA, CEQA, and environmental permitting and coastal consistency counseling for the Southern Orange County Transportation Improvement Project. Represent client in ongoing CEQA litigation.
Woodside Natural Gas Inc. Provided NEPA and CEQA counseling regarding a proposed liquefied natural gas project in the Pacific Ocean 27 miles west of Los Angeles that will facilitate regasification of Australian LNG for distribution in Southern California.
Centex Homes. Assisted client with various land use entitlement issues for projects throughout the Central Valley, Los Angeles/Ventura and Southern California Coast Divisions. Representation includes due diligence analysis, working with local and state jurisdictions to secure entitlements and permits, and negotiating settlement agreements.
