Angelise M. Marcigliano

Angelise Marcigliano is a member of Nossaman's Litigation Department focusing primarily on financial services and bankruptcy matters. Ms. Marcigliano has experience working on foreclosure litigation and construction-related litigation matters for lending institutions.

She has worked on class action defense matters related to claims for breach of contract, torts, unfair business practices, false advertising, violations of the Consumer Legal Remedies Act, and violations of the Song-Beverly Credit Card Act. Ms. Marcigliano also has experience in domain name dispute arbitration and other matters related to the protection of intellectual property rights.

She has handled many aspects of a case from drafting complaints, answers, motions, fact-gathering, discovery and e-discovery, protective orders, and settlement agreements to appearing for hearings and preparing for trial.

Previously, Ms. Marcigliano served as a judicial extern for The Honorable Andrew J. Guilford in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Ms. Marcigliano is conversant in Italian.
