Andrea Najor has more than 15 years of experience in litigation and transactional matters derived from extensive in-house and law firm work, most recently serving as a Corporate Counsel to T-Mobile, engineering and operations division.  Prior to her legal practice, Ms. Najor worked in commercial real estate and finance in Southern California and the Phoenix-Scottsdale area. 

Ms. Najor has represented public entities, their officials and employees in actions involving civil rights violations, torts, employment disputes, medical malpractice, and dangerous conditions of public property. She has practiced in both federal and state courts and has handled all phases of litigation, routinely drafting and arguing winning complex motions, including summary judgment motions.  Additionally, she has successfully negotiated multi-million dollar demands down to less than fifty thousand dollars. 

Leveraging her litigation, real estate and public entity background, Ms. Najor’s practice focuses on representing public and private clients on eminent domain, inverse condemnation, real estate acquisitions, and valuation matters throughout California.

Representative Work

  • Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority.  Member of the team representing Metro with property acquisitions necessary for the $6+ billion Westside Subway Extension Project (Purple Line), a 9-mile rail line with seven stations, which involve passenger rail lines running through dense, urban areas of Los Angeles.
  • San Diego Association of Governments.  Member of the team representing SANDAG with property acquisitions for the Mid-Coast Corridor Transit Project, a $1.7 billion, 11-mile trolley line extension from downtown San Diego to University City. 
  • San Bernardino County Transportation Commission.  Member of the team acquiring properties for the Downtown San Bernardino Passenger Rail Project/San Bernardino Transit Center and the Redlands Passenger Rail Project, which projects will combine to provide a 10-mile extension of Metrolink rail service in the Inland Empire.
