Allyson Sparks oversees attorney recruiting and training at all levels within the Firm. With more than 15 years of legal recruitment and associate development experience, she works collaboratively with the Firm's Practice Group Leaders to hire, train, and retain the most qualified attorneys to ensure client responsive legal services. She develops and maintains strategic relationships with law schools, legal recruiters, and other relevant members of the legal community.
Ms. Sparks is also responsible for the strategic oversight, creation, and implementation of firm-wide and practice-specific training programs, integration initiatives, and attorney mentoring. These responsibilities encompass the management of the associate performance review function as well as associate career development plans.
Prior to joining Nossaman, Ms. Sparks was the Director of Attorney Recruiting and Development at Miller & Chevalier LLP, the Office Manager at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC in San Francisco, and a Recruiting Manager at Cooley Godward Kronish LLP.
