Bradley E. Schwan

Brad Schwan's practice focuses on advising and defending businesses and public agencies in a wide array of employment-related matters in state and federal courts, before administrative agencies, and in arbitration, including claims alleging wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, leave law violations, wage and hour laws, breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, breach of fiduciary duty, and employee raiding.  He develops, reviews, and implements personnel policies and handbooks for local and national companies and drafts and negotiates contracts for executive employees as well.  Mr. Schwan has also successfully counseled and represented clients with respect to public accommodation access laws including Title III of the American with Disabilities Act and the California Unruh Act.
