BTI Honors Excellent Client Service at Nossaman

Los Angeles, CA (November 21, 2008) - Nossaman is honored to be recognized by BTI Consulting Group for outstanding client service. The firm's high marks for ‘client focus' are featured in the 2009 edition of BTI's annual Survey of Client Service Performance for Law Firms.

BTI's annual survey is the only client service ranking in the legal industry based solely on direct, unprompted client feedback. Data was collected through over 270 extensive interviews conducted with corporate counsel at large and Fortune 1000 companies.

Nossaman is being honored as part of the Honor Roll for 'Client Focus,' due to feedback researchers received on the firm. Client Focus is defined as: (1) putting the client's needs first; (2) understanding the client's business; (3) being responsive; (4) delivering good value; and (5) achieving the client's goals.
