John Flynn is quoted in the
San Luis Obispo Tribune article, "County OKs cell phone facility in Los Osos." Mr. Flynn's client, Sprint Nextel, recently received approval from the County to increase their presence in downtown Los Osos by adding a cell phone tower. Because Sprint Nextel's first request to widen their coverage was turned down in 2005, the company revised their proposal so that the tower would be less visible. "It will have absolutely no adverse impact whatsoever," Mr. Flynn said in regards to Sprint Nextel's new tower proposal.
