Eunice Majam-Simpson is a member of Nossaman's Litigation Department. Ms. Majam-Simpson focuses her practice on litigation matters related to financial services, bankruptcy, professional liability, premises liability, and tort litigation.
Having served as both plaintiff and defense counsel, Ms. Majam-Simpson has gained valuable experience and perspective representing clients on both ends of the spectrum. She has litigated cases to resolution and has consistently achieved favorable results for her clients in both State and Federal courts.
Ms. Majam-Simpson's experience includes defending clients in the real estate, financial services, and retail industries throughout the U.S. in professional liability cases involving allegations of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and products liability.
She has prosecuted civil cases and represented consumers in personal injury matters. In addition, Ms. Majam-Simpson played an active role representing plaintiffs in cases that settled in excess of six figures.
