Infrastructure Journal article, "Florida's I-595 on track for scoring committee" as an advisor to the Florida Department of Transportation. The Department is on schedule to convene its selection committee for the $1.5 billion I-595 corridor improvement project on October 24. The committee is expected to select its preferred bidder for the project from two proposing teams, ACS Dragados-Macquarie Partnership and Express Access Team.
