San Francisco, CA (February 11, 2010) – Today, Nossaman announced the addition of five legal professionals in Northern California. In San Francisco, three Associates have joined the Firm: R. Gregory Cochran in the Healthcare Department, and Allison M. Dibley and James A. Nickovich as part of the Litigation Department. In Sacramento Pamela C. Loomis has joined the Firm as a Senior Policy Advisor.

Richard.
"As a trained physician Gregg Cochran brings a special dimension to the legal work he does in the healthcare field," said Healthcare Department Chair, Richard B. Spohn. "Gregg will work on an array of transactional, regulatory, and operational matters, specifically regarding doctor-hospital relationships," he continued.
"Pamela Loomis is the outgoing Director of Governmental Affairs for the California Public Utilities Commission giving her keen insight into issues facing regulated entities in the energy and telecommunications industries," said Public Policy Practice Group Chair Timothy W. Jenkins. "She expands our expertise in the area potentially opening new opportunities for the group."
- R. Gregory Cochran earned a B.A. from Emory University, Phi Beta Kappa, an M.D. from Georgetown University School of Medicine, and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, Order of the Coif, where he was Senior Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review.
- Allison M. Dibley earned a B.A. from Macalester College, magna cum laude, an M.A. from the University of Texas, Austin and a J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law, with high honors.
- James A. Nickovich earned a B.A. from Butler University, magna cum laude, and a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where he was a Berkeley Law Public Interest Fellow.
- Pamela C. Loomis earned a B.A. at the University of California, Davis and a J.D. at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, with distinction.
