Kelly Pepper

Kelly Pepper became the Chief Operating Officer of Nossaman in September 2010. She works closely with the Firm's Managing Partner and Executive Committee in establishing firm wide strategic and operational goals. Ms. Pepper oversees the day-to-day operations for the Firm's 150 attorneys and 115 employees across seven U.S. offices. She is responsible for the management of all administrative functions, including finance, information technology, human resources, business development, attorney recruiting and development, practice support, and facilities management.

Before her appointment as COO, Ms. Pepper spent nine years as the Director of Marketing at Nossaman, leading all aspects of the Firm's client service, marketing, and business development activities. Her strong leadership and business skills successfully drove client development initiatives for individual attorneys, practice groups, and industry teams.

Prior to joining Nossaman, she was a public finance analyst with Lehman Brothers in New York.
