Lisa Montague is a member of the Infrastructure Practice Group. She assists public and private clients with complex financing structures for large infrastructure and energy projects. She has extensive experience with conducting due diligence on projects, drafting and negotiating financing documents and coordinating financial closings. Ms. Montague has also assisted with cash grant financings under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
Prior to joining Nossaman, she worked in the Project Finance Group at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy.
