California Water Association. Serves as the primary lobbyist for the association representing California's investor-owned water utilities. Successfully advocated more than a dozen pieces of legislation affecting how the California Public Utilities Commission sets rates for water companies, standards for water quality, water conservation and recycled water, as well as other issues of interest to the association.
Central Basin Water Association. Advocates on behalf of association of Central Basin Water District customers, on groundwater supply legislation.
Veolia North America Water. Assisted with drafting and advocating legislation to allow the development of public-private partnerships in California.
California Cogeneration Council. Served as lead lobbyist representing this association of industrial co-generators during the energy crisis session of 2001-2002. Successfully protected the council's interests as the Legislature grappled with issues of electricity costs and regulation resulting from the 1996 electric deregulation efforts.
Family Winemakers of California. Served as primary lobbyist for this association of premium California winemakers. Played a key role in advocating for proposed legislation affecting the production, distribution and sale of alcoholic beverages, as well as agricultural issues affecting the production of wine grapes.
Feld Entertainment. Representing the parent company of the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey, opposing legislation on the permitting and handling of wild and exotic animals that would have prevented the circus from performing in California.
San Gabriel Valley Water Company. Counsels client on political matters in several California cities where the company provides water service. Assists client with rate case issues and relations with California legislators. Serves as legislative advocate on legislation affecting the company's interests and operations.
