Mary Hogan provides federal legislative and regulatory services related to appropriations, healthcare, and financial services policy. Ms. Hogan monitors and reviews media and legislation correlating to federal policy and political interests of firm clients and provides reports summarizing significant legislative actions.
Ms. Hogan is a member of Nossaman's Public Policy Practice Group and she monitors ethics and federal and state election law developments. She provides services in administration of the firm's Political Action Committee (PAC), which supports dozens of Senate and House candidates, including many from California federal delegation. She also provides professional PAC administration and compliance services, including serving as Treasurer for several clients' PACs. She assists in developing coalition, legislative, political, and outreach strategies to achieve clients' policy goals and initiatives.
Prior to joining Nossaman, Ms. Hogan worked over the past two decades for several Washington, DC-based healthcare trade associations, focusing on membership growth and member services. Ms. Hogan approaches client needs with an entrepreneurial spirit and creativity that she gained while creating and operating a successful small business, which she owned for 10 years before selling.
Ms. Hogan has been involved in and worked on numerous political campaigns and fundraising events. She is active with several charities and local causes.
