Nick Dolja is a member of the Firm's Water and Environment & Land Use Practice Groups. He has litigation, transactional, and regulatory experience and has advised clients on topics that include CEQA, NEPA, CERCLA, RCRA, the Endangered Species Act, and water rights and contamination issues. He has drafted a variety of court pleadings and memoranda, and has appeared in court to argue motions. Mr. Dolja also has experience working with regulatory agency staff to secure favorable outcomes for the Firm's clients.
A former Nossaman summer associate, Mr. Dolja has also worked as an extern in the chambers of U.S. District Judge Florence-Marie Cooper and as a summer law clerk for the Los Angeles Public Defender.
