Nossaman Adds Associate to Land Use Group

LOS ANGELES (January 13, 2003) - Nossaman Guthner Knox & Elliott LLP today announced the addition of David Graeler as an associate in the firm's Los Angeles office, where he will work in the Land Use Environmental and Real Property Group. Mr. Graeler's practice will focus on eminent domain and inverse condemnationmatters. He joins Nossaman from the Los Angeles office of Sabaitis O'Callaghan LLP, where his practice focused on litigation involving product liability, premises liability and construction defects.

"David's joining us constitutes more evidence of how important this practice area has become to us at Nossaman, and its importance in the Southern California legal community as a whole," said Land Use partner John Murphy. He continued, "with this addition, the number of attorneys at Nossaman devoted to eminent domain is increased, and we now have one of the, if not the, largest departments in the state. Our ability to attract top-notch attorneys like David reflects well on the reputation we have worked hard to nurture over the years. We are thrilled to have him onboard."

Mr. Graeler received his J.D. from Loyola Law School. Prior to attending Loyola, Mr. Graeler earned a B.A. in Criminology, Law and Society and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California at Irvine. Mr. Graeler also worked as an associate with Gilbert, Kelly, Crowley & Jennett in Los Angeles.
