Nossaman Awarded SANBAG Contract to Provide Right of Way Services Related to the E Street Corridor sbX Bus Rapid Transit Project

On January 5, 2011, the San Bernardino Associated Governments ("SANBAG") Board approved a legal services contract for Nossaman's Eminent Domain and Valuation Group to acquire the right of way necessary for the E Street Corridor sbX Bus Rapid Transit Project.  The project, a collaborative effort between SANBAG, Omnitrans, and the City of San Bernardino, involves the acquisition of portions of more than 150 parcels along the 15.7-mile route that will connect major health care and educational facilities with the businesses along the Hospitality Lane and E Street.  Nossaman is thrilled to be a part of this cutting edge project that will change the way people move along this key business corridor.
