Nossaman Recognized as "Top Firm for Women"

Nossaman was once again recognized by the National Law Journal (NLJ) as one of the top law firms for women in its 2019 Women’s Scorecard. The scorecard, which ranks the 350 largest U.S. law firms in terms of gender diversity, place Nossaman at #37 on the list.

As part of its initiative to build a welcoming workplace for diverse individuals, Nossaman annually hosts a Diversity Day for its attorneys, policy advisors and senior management with a focus on developing key skills and performance that leads to advancement, both inside and outside the Firm. Additionally, Nossaman sponsors or hosts educational programming for a number of groups dedicated to diversity issues in the workplace. 

The NLJ determines the Women in Law Score by adding the percentage of female attorneys and percentage of female partners.
