Natasha Saggar Sheth, CIPP/US, focuses her practice on complex civil litigation.  She has handled a broad range of matters across an array of industries, including the financial services, manufacturing, government, media, and insurance sectors.  Ms. Sheth is experienced in all phases of litigation in both federal and state courts, including pre-litigation investigation, discovery and eDiscovery, dispositive motions, settlement, trial preparation, and appeal.

Ms. Sheth keeps current on emerging issues in the privacy and cybersecurity arena and posts developments to the Nossaman Litigation Advocates blog.  She also regularly contributes to the ABA Section of Litigation publication, Litigation News, writing about new legal developments and other topics of interest to litigators.  

Prior to joining Nossaman, Ms. Sheth gained experience at an international law firm based in New York.  She served as judicial extern to the Honorable Stephen Reinhardt of the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit and the Honorable Percy Anderson of the U.S. District Court, Central District. 

Representative Work

  • Assists team in defense of global manufacturer of LCD panels in numerous multidistrict antitrust actions, and related state actions brought by Attorneys General. 
  • Represents federal agency as a third party in various litigation matters pending across the country.
  • Represented municipal agency against challenge to start of major development project.
  • Defended municipality in challenge to collection and distribution of revenue.
  • Represented major financial software, news and data company in class action litigation arising out of contract dispute.
  • Multiple successful representations of pro bono clients in asylum proceedings.
