Rony Rosenbaum oversees all aspects of the Firm's personnel administration, and supports the Firm's mission, vision, and long-range strategies by providing a strategic link between the people who work at the Firm and the results they can achieve.
Ms. Rosenbaum joined the Firm in 2011. Her areas of expertise include: employee relations; recruiting for all levels of non-attorney staff; creation of new guidelines and documentation for attorney and staff hiring and departures; implementing ongoing internal educational programming including management training and development; management of compensation structure for all non-attorney staff members; and benefits administration.
Prior to joining Nossaman, she was the Director of Human Resources at Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell, where she also managed all human resources functions for the 120 attorney, three office, California-based firm.
In addition to in-house law firm experience, Ms. Rosenbaum worked with The Affiliates for ten years as Director of Operations and Human Resources, managing three offices and setting policies and procedures for this pre-eminent legal recruiting company, which was acquired by Robert Half International and later became the core of Robert Half Legal Staffing. She also has provided consulting services to legal and financial recruiting firms in Los Angeles in the areas of marketing, sales, and training.
Ms. Rosenbaum is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators and the Society for Human Resources Managers and has acted as a consultant to small businesses and other corporations in need of promoting a positive and healthy workplace environment.
