Alameda Corridor Transportation Authority. Member of the team assisting ACTA in matters relating to right of way acquisition and utility relocation associated with the development of the Alameda Corridor.

Sacramento County Employees' Retirement System (SCERS). Providing legal assistance related to the draft purchase and sale agreement for an apartment complex.

Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor Authority. Providing assistance in drafting a conservation easement.

Sage Community Group, Inc. Assisted with issues related to surface development of property subject to oil and gas operations.

Downtown Properties. Represented the purchasers of the Douglas, Rowan and El Dorado Buildings in downtown Los Angeles. Work included research regarding CC&Rs. Such properties will be completely renovated and are old buildings in downtown Los Angeles being adapted for residential use.

Cotton Medical Center. Advised this investor group composed of doctors regarding easement rights of a medical building in Pasadena.
