Infrastructure Journal article, "Cintra-Meridiam team lands Texan toll road," as the legal advisor to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). As reported, the Texas Transportation Commission agreed with TxDOT's recommendation to award a $2 billion design-build-finance-operate contract for the North Tarrant Express turnpike project to a Cintra-Meridiam team.
