The security of Nossaman's network and client data is a top priority. In order to comply with HITECH and HIPAA rules, we take every precaution to protect client data by password-protecting all PDAs and encrypting and password-protecting laptops and all external media. Our network is monitored 24/7 for any breach of security to ensure that no one outside of Nossaman accesses our data.

Litigation support and data management are areas where thoughtful technology implementations can offer a distinct benefit to clients. Nossaman runs time-saving litigation software such as Summation Enterprise and Concordance, in conjunction with various online data repositories to save clients money while helping our attorneys to process critical data in preparation for trial. With advanced docket/calendar software such as Compulaw Vision, our attorneys can manage their litigation deadlines via Outlook whether they are in the office or on the road.
As more evidence becomes computer-based, electronic discovery questions and concerns continue to emerge. The Nossaman E-Discovery Task Force makes sure that clients' cases comply with the best practices and protocols in response to the ever-changing e-discovery rules and requirements. The delivery methods for client communications have also changed radically in recent years. Consistent with our role as an industry leader, Nossaman has implemented a firm wide topical news subscription service that utilizes various RSS feeds, blogs, and social media, along with traditional mediums, to keep our clients and attorneys informed of relevant developments in the law as news breaks.
