Wesseln Construction Company. Collected in excess of $10 million representing framing subcontractor in various insurance coverage disputes, including construction defect litigation, funding of settlements, and litigation with insurers over multiple deductible issues and applicable policy limits.
Laurence-Hovenier, Inc. Successfully represented framing contractor in various insurance coverage disputes, including right to independent counsel and waiver of reservations of rights under an OCIP policy, multiple deductible issues, and funding of settlement of construction defect litigation.
Watt Industries. Collected approximately $100 million from insurers of major developer of single family homes and condominiums for settlement of construction defect litigation.
