Veronica L. Harris

Veronica Harris is a member of the Firm's Litigation Department. Ms. Harris' experience includes representing clients in commercial litigation, antitrust, contract, and class action litigation matters, as well as post-trial and appellate advocacy.

She has extensive experience drafting legal documents such as, complaints and counterclaims, motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment/adjudication, appellate briefs, petitions for rehearing, oppositions to class certification motions, motions for new trial, and motions for judgment not withstanding the verdict.

Additionally, Ms. Harris has conducted depositions of key party and third-party witnesses, prepared witnesses for trial, and made numerous court appearances in both trial and appellate courts.
