As a nationally recognized bond counsel firm, we have also been extensively involved as Bond Counsel, Disclosure Counsel or Underwriters Counsel in a wide variety of wastewater and water financings throughout the State. We have particular expertise in the structuring of water debt, for both urban and agricultural issuers.
