Associate | Pensions, Benefits & Investments (All Offices)

We are seeking a California-licensed transactional associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our Pensions, Benefits & Investments Group in any of our offices. Candidates should have corporate/transactional experience. Experience with real estate transactions is helpful, but not required. Excellent academic credentials and law firm experience are required. We offer a collegial, hybrid work environment, significant early responsibility, as well as excellent advancement opportunities for associates. Qualified candidates will have outstanding academic qualifications, superb research and writing skills, the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, work well as part of a team, and be willing to take ownership over significant projects. Admission to the State Bar of California is required.

The salary range for the position of 3-5 Year Associate at Nossaman is $180,000 to $210,000 annually. The successful candidate’s salary for this position is reasonably expected to be set within this range; however, actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including, without limitation, the candidate’s qualifications and experience.

Annual Billable Hours Expectation: 1,850 (which includes up to 100 hours of approved pro bono work)
