The Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) will be holding its annual meeting on October 16-19, 2016 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California. Raja Sekaran will present on "The Future of Individual Liability for Corporate Misconduct." This annual program for in-house counsel provides three days of intensive programming on a wide range of current legal issues and challenges.
