On November 10, 2023, Melissa Borrelli provided a Legislative and Regulatory Update during the California Society for Healthcare Attorneys' (CSHA) 2023 Fall Seminar. This popular annual session provided an overview of new state laws and regulations to prepare for in 2024.
Founded in 1980, CSHA provides legal education, promotes the exchange of ideas and facilitates networking opportunities for California healthcare attorneys involved in all aspects of the healthcare industry including: hospitals; physicians and medical groups; health plans; community clinics, government agencies, academia and more.
