Patrick Harder was part of Inframation’s panel, "Assessing the Impact of the State-Level P3 Laws on Infrastructure Development," at the U.S. P3 Forum on June 13, 2019. During the session, panelists discussed how relatively new state-level P3 laws are affecting infrastructure development, and how state developers are getting buy-in from their constituents and project developers.

The Forum, held at the Grand Hyatt in New York City, focused on how cities are utilizing procurements for newer technologies, such as smart cities, as well what comes next for universities in their own P3 programs, such as replacing aging power plants and how private finance is supporting these programs.
