On February 16, 2023, Brooke Marcus presented “Endangered Species, Public Lands and Natural Resources: Hot Topics” during Environmental Law 2023 hosted by American Law Institute Continuing Legal Education (ALI CLE) and Environmental Law Institute (ELI).
Brooke provided an overview of the latest regulatory developments, wide-ranging listings and emerging issues under the Endangered Species Act, Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act and Migratory Bird Treaty Act, as well as litigation affecting administration of these statutes. Her presentation also discussed how these latest developments may impact project planning, costs and timelines.
