St. Joseph Health System. Along with this year's Wilson v. Cable News Network opinion, decisions in the Bonni case stand to answer several open questions regarding the application of the anti-SLAPP statute, Civil Procedure Code Section 425.16, in the context of peer review proceedings governed by Business & Professions Code Section 809 et seq.
