Infrastructure Chair Patrick Harder Recognized In LABJ's Leading Lawyers Supplement

Patrick Harder, Chair of Nossaman’s Infrastructure Practice Group, was recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal (LABJ) in its 2017 Leaders in Law "supplement.  The supplement highlighted a select group of high-profile attorneys in Los Angeles County that have done significant work over the past 12 months. Mr. Harder was selected as one of five finalists in the Real Estate category.

The LABJ highlighted Mr. Harder’s recent work on the $1.3 billion UC Merced 2020 Campus Expansion Project—which reached commercial and financial close in 2016. The LABJ noted that the project was a first-of-its-kind project that will involve the design construction, financing, operation and maintenance of approximately 790,000 square feet of new facilities to meet the growing needs of UC Merced students.
