Law360 Names Infrastructure Chair Patrick Harder as a Project Finance MVP
Nossaman’s Infrastructure Practice Group Chair, Patrick Harder was profiled by Law360 in December 2016 after being selected as a Law360 MVP for Project Finance. Mr. Harder was a member of a small group of attorneys recognized nationally as a Project Finance MVP by the publication.
The article highlights Mr. Harder's work on leading some of the country’s most innovative P3 projects, including the UC Merced 2020 Campus Expansion Project, which will accommodate growth of the university system’s newest campus from the current 6,700 students to 10,000 students by 2020. The $1.3 billion project, procured as an availability payment-based P3, will add approximately 790,000 assignable square feet of new facilities, including student housing, administrative and research space, classrooms and recreational centers and associated infrastructure.
Law360 also noted Mr. Harder’s s work on the City of Miami Beach Light Rail/Modern Streetcar Project— a two-phase, five-mile project that will serve neighborhoods around the Art Deco District and Miami Beach Convention Center – and his work on the Denver International Airport Great Hall Project, which involves a complex upgrade to the airport’s main terminal.
