Nossaman Names Patrick Harder New Infrastructure Chief

TOLLROADSnews reported that Nossaman has named Partner Patrick D. Harder as Chair of the Firm's Infrastructure Practice Group, taking over for Geoffrey Yarema.  Mr. Harder spent a period of time as co-chair of the Infrastructure practice with Mr. Yarema 

The article noted that Nossaman has been "an important adviser to governments and business in highway construction procurements and contracts including various public-private partnerships and toll concessions."

Geoffrey Yarema is quoted as saying, "Having worked side-by-side with Patrick, I am confident that his expertise in this industry along with his leadership skills will serve both the firm and our clients well."
