Nossaman Of Counsel and former state assemblyman, Bill Bagley, is quoted and pictured in the Los Angeles Times article, "Citizens push for overhaul of California government." Lawmakers recently gathered in Sacramento at the California Constitutional Convention Summit in hopes of advancing the majority vote needed to secure the state's $41-billion budget. With the requirement of a two-thirds vote still looming over future budgets, Mr. Bagley is quoted as saying, "Don't waste a good crisis."
