Nossaman Partner, Paul Knight, is quoted in the National Law Journal article, "Court gets little guidance on Howes penalty."  The article discusses disciplinary proceedings in which Mr. Knight represented former Assistant U.S. Attorney G. Paul Howes before the District of Columbia Board on Professional Responsibility.  On July 27, in a turn of events not seen in nearly 20 years, the Board issued three conflicting recommendations on how Howes should be sanctioned.

Mr. Knight argued before the board in January saying, "It was a difficult, dirty job to get into these cases."
