D.C. Ethics Board Digs into Case Against ex-Prosecutor

Paul Knight is quoted in a post on The BLT:  The Blog of Legal Times. The article titled, "D.C. Ethics Board Digs into Case Against ex-Prosecutor Howes," discusses a case in which Paul is defending an attorney client before the D.C. Board on Professional Responsibility.

Mr. Knight is quoted saying, "This is a fact-driven case. When you get into the facts, you find out this matter is not as serious as everybody tries to make it." According to the article he said of the committee that they "basically made up facts. They didn't understand what the proceeding was all about, and so they created their own record."
