Patrick Harder Recognized as a “Top 100” Lawyer for Los Angeles
Patrick Harder has been recognized as “Top 100 Lawyer” by the Los Angeles Business Journal (LABJ.) Patrick is among a group of lawyers who were recognized for demonstrating “exceptional legal skill and achievements across the full spectrum of responsibility, exemplary leadership and contributions to the Los Angeles community at large.”
Patrick was highlighted by the LABJ for his role as “chair of Nossaman’s Infrastructure Group” and for being “widely known for leadership in the field of public-private partnerships (P3s) and other innovative project delivery methods such as design-build and construction manager at-risk.”
The LABJ also noted, “Public agencies actively seek his guidance in procuring some of the largest, most important projects in the country. Clients have confidence that Harder can mitigate risks, solve problems and advance their projects smoothly and successfully – often through cutting-edge approaches. In fact, while working with the State of Florida and its advisors, he helped create a model for the use of availability payment P3 structures that laid the groundwork for such transactions across the United States. Among his efforts has been his work serving as leader of the legal team advising on a $4.9 billion APM train system to ease access in and out of the Los Angeles International Airport.”
Patrick has been honored by the LABJ before, having been recognized as a “Top Minority Attorney” in 2021 and 2019.
