Patrick Harder Named an MVP

Nossaman Partner Patrick Harder has been named an MVP in the practice area of Project Finance by Law360. Mr. Harder's work over the past year has included such innovative, high-profile projects as the Florida Department of Transportation's I-4 Ultimate Project and the University of California, Merced's 2020 Campus Expansion Project.
