SAN FRANCISCO (August 3, 2007) – Nossaman Guthner Knox & Elliott LLP today announced the hire of Danielle S. Gensch who joins the firm as an Associate in the San Francisco office. Ms. Gensch joins Nossaman's real estate group from the Shartsis Friese firm where she drafted and negotiated purchase agreements, leases and loan documents. "All of Danielle's previous work experience is valuable to our real estate practice and we are excited to have her join the firm," said San Francisco real estate Partner David Kimport. "In addition, our pension funds practice dealing with real estate investments continues to grow and having Danielle as part of our team will allow us to take on more work from existing clients and pursue new opportunities."
"We are pleased to have Danielle join the firm during a time of growth, particularly among Associates," said firm-wide Managing Partner Michael Heumann. "Nossaman continues to actively recruit in all of our California offices in several core practice areas, including real estate. It is wonderful to see ongoing development and expansion in both our transactional and litigation based practices in San Francisco."
Ms. Gensch received a B.S. degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering in 1995 from Cornell University, with distinction. In addition, she earned a J.D. in 1999 from the University of Michigan Law School, cum laude.
