Overview
Alex Bulkin is an infrastructure attorney whose practice includes advising project owners through all phases of the project delivery lifecycle, including pre-procurement strategy, deal structuring, drafting and development, evaluation and selection, negotiation of complex commercial terms, regulatory and compliance matters, project financing and commercial close.
Alex earned a J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. During law school, he wrote and edited for the honors Interdisciplinary Law Journal and interned with the Honorable Margaret M. Mann at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of California. As a member of the Urban Land Institute, Alex researched and wrote on the topics of future mobility technology and urban land use. As a So-Cal native, Alex has maintained a commitment to serving his community in several capacities, including volunteer work for the Los Angeles Mission and Downtown Los Angeles Neighborhood Council.
